Biomass

Biomass boilers use organic matter as their fuel. Although they release carbon in the process of combustion, during the growth phase of the tree, carbon is trapped. if a new tree is planted for every one burned there is no net change in carbon emissions.

Biomass boilers work like a conventional boiler, but they use wood/biomass as their fuel

There are many different types of boilers all with particular advantages and disadvantages. One of our technical team will be able to discuss your individual requirements and make suggestions to you.
