Meet the Greenheart Team

Douglas Pattison, Director

Douglas set up his own building company in 2000 and spent 6 years renovating and converting properties. Enjoying the plumbing aspects of this work he embarked on re-training and gained his plumbing certificate in 2006. Having always been passionate about the environment he set up Greenheart Installations Ltd to combine plumbing with sustainability. Douglas has a wealth of knowledge in the building trade and  oversees all of the designs and installations himself.

Rob Holmes, Installer

Rob joined Greenheart with his plumbing certification in 2008. Since then he has added to this by becoming a 'Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP Installer' and 'Biomass boiler installer'. Most of his time is spent in the field installing systems. He is very thorough in his work enjoys the more challenging installations.

 Hermione Pattison, Secretary

Hermione has been with Greenheart since 2008 having left the medical field to join the company. She manages the day to day running of the office, acting as the liaison between you and the technical team to ensure all aspects of your project run smoothly. Her other roles include marketing and advertising for the company. On ringing Greenheart HQ, it is probably Hermione who will answer the telephone.
